About Me

I am a writing, sewing, crocheting, felting, drawing, painting, baking, crafting mama of one little girl so far and I am hoping to have more children in the future. I love doing all kinds of things in my spare time when I'm not busy with my daughter or working as a part-time graphic designer. I am also studying midwifery. I love practicing environmental stewardship and we live as environmentally friendly as possible.

We homeschool with a strong leaning toward unschooling. I present lessons to my daughter and if she is not interested, we do something else. If she is interested, we run with it. We take part once a week in a mixed homeschooling group with kids of other ages and backgrounds. Some are homeschooled, some go to both public school and homeschool and some only attend public school but join the group for socializing and learning.

I started Unhindered Learning mostly to keep track of the lessons and projects we do each week as well as a place to store ideas I can use later when my daughter is older.
